Life Coaching

In addition to therapy, I offer Life Coaching - for individuals who are not necessarily struggling with mental health concerns, but feel a lack of fulfilment or direction in their lives.

You may be functioning well on the surface, yet sense that something is missing — a clearer path, a stronger sense of purpose, or greater alignment between who you are and how you are living.

Life coaching is future-oriented and action-focused. It provides a structured space to clarify what you truly want, and to move toward it with intention.

The Work

Our work is collaborative and strategic. Through attuned listening and focused questioning, I help you:

  • Clarify your values, priorities, and long-term vision

  • Identify patterns that may be contributing to stagnation

  • Set meaningful, achievable goals

  • Create concrete action plans

  • Build accountability and momentum

While we cannot control every external factor, we can shape the context of your life — your habits, decisions, boundaries, and direction. Coaching is about getting to know yourself deeply and taking ownership of your life.

As a clinical psychologist with over ten years of experience, I am well versed at seeing the ways people (unknowingly) get in their own way.

Often, dissatisfaction is not about lack of capacity, but about unseen patterns — habits that limit growth. These blind spots can be difficult to recognise on your own. Part of my role is to help you see what may be operating beneath the surface, so that your efforts toward change are informed, strategic, and sustainable.
